What we collect
Business owner and staff account emails, business details, uploaded photographs, provider payment references, and operational audit records. Loyalty membership uses a name or nickname, random membership identifiers, a protected redemption PIN hash, and stamp/reward activity. We do not collect a customer email or phone number for membership.
How information is used
To operate your storefront, verify prepaid access, deliver expiry reminders to verified owners, maintain loyalty balances, prevent abuse, and support your account. Payment card and banking details are processed by Razorpay; STAMVO stores payment references and amounts. We collect only information needed for accounts, payments, storefronts and loyalty memberships. We do not sell customer information.
Membership cards and PINs
Your membership QR is a private lookup capability. Anyone with a copy can see limited loyalty progress. Keep it private. Your PIN is required separately for redemption and cannot be recovered or reset. PINs are never printed on your card.
Storage and retention
Business data is preserved when access expires. No automated deletion is currently implemented. Final retention periods and the deletion procedure require approval, subject to legal retention requirements. Business owners are responsible for explaining their program and responding to membership data requests.
Your choices
Contact the business directly about your membership and loyalty records. Owners can export business data and submit a deletion-review request from Settings. Contact the privacy address above for enquiries once the working address is confirmed. Requests are reviewed subject to legal retention requirements; submitting one does not immediately erase records. We do not use invasive device fingerprinting. Essential authentication and membership capability storage support the service.
