Service and pricing
STAMVO provides an informational digital storefront, catalog and loyalty tools for one business location per prepaid entitlement. ₹249 buys one calendar month and ₹2,499 buys one calendar year. Both plans provide the same functionality. These are displayed checkout totals; no undisclosed surcharge is added. No automatic payments. Renew only when you choose.
Access and renewal
Access begins only after a captured payment is verified on the server. Early renewal extends from your current paid-through timestamp. If expired, a renewed period starts from the confirmed payment time. At expiry your storefront becomes unavailable and paid operations pause. Existing records remain preserved. A failed payment does not extend access.
Your business content
You must have rights to uploaded content and keep catalog information accurate. Catalogs are informational: STAMVO does not accept orders, bookings or customer purchases. Review all imported prices before confirming an import.
Loyalty
The business sets and fulfills rewards. Only authorized staff may award stamps and redeem earned rewards. Redemption requires the member’s PIN. Forgotten PINs cannot be reset or recovered. A downloaded card does not itself prove ownership.
Responsible use
Protect staff credentials and private membership cards. Do not upload executable files, infringing material or harmful content. Operational abuse may result in audited suspension. Fair-use limits protect the shared platform; material limits must be disclosed before sale.
Refunds and cancellation
Choose not to renew at any time. Your already paid access continues until its expiration timestamp. There are no cancellation penalties, AutoPay mandates or automatic deductions.
